Proof of Vaccination

Key to NYC!

Per New York City law, all PINGPOD patrons (reservation holders and guests) must provide proof of vaccination. Willful failure to comply with this law will lead to permanent expulsion from all PINGPOD locations.

What Counts as Proof of Vaccination

Scans/screenshots/pictures of one of the following:

NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS
Excelsior Pass
CDC Vaccination Card (or photo)
NYC Vaccination Record
An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S

How to Provide Proof of Vaccination

Pre-Checked

Email [email protected] with your proof as attachment and we will mark your account as “pre-checked”. The email must come from the email address that is associated with your PINGPOD account.

PRE-CHECK is not instantaneous and may take up to 24 hours to get approved.

OR

Pod-Checked

Check in at the kiosk inside the pod (coming soon!) and provide proof of vaccination (including a valid ID) there. You have 2 options:

Keep vaccination proof on file and become PRE-CHECKED per above
POD-CHECK every time you play

POD-CHECK is instantaneous provided that your proof is legal and you check in through the kiosk. Keep in mind there may be a small line – we appreciate your patience!
